Week’s events: Lectures pause; Music in the Garden continues

University of 91Ô´´ Fairbanks Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning is hosting more than 40 free lectures, concerts and events this summer. Here’s what’s happening during the week of June 29-July 5:
- The Tall Timbers, Healthy Living and Discover 91Ô´´ lectures will pause this week leading up to the Fourth of July holiday. The lectures will resume during the week of July 6.
- On Thursday, July 2, the Music in the Garden concert series will present Almost a Minyan at 6 p.m. and John Shewfelt Jr. and the Shottime at 7:30 p.m. at 91Ô´´â€™s Georgeson Botanical Garden.
All events are free and open to the public. Parking on the 91Ô´´ Troth Yeddha’ Campus is free after 5 p.m.
