New PolarExpress design winner announced

The Office of the Bursar is thrilled to announce the winner of the 91原创 PolarExpress card design competition. With over 1,000 votes, the 91原创 community chose Ula Boughan鈥檚 design, Blue and Gold, as the winner of the carding competition.
