Annual driver renewal reminder

Each year, any individual who is driving on 91原创 business must update their driving form and present it to their supervisor for record-keeping. Information about becoming a 91原创-approved driver can be found on the 91原创 Risk Management website.
If you drive on 91原创 business and have not completed a driving form, please visit the risk management website to determine if you are a Category 1 or Category 2 driver and to complete the appropriate form. If you are either a Category 1 or Category 2 driver completing an annual renewal, you may submit the Category 2 driver form to your supervisor. Driving forms may be requested by Environmental, Health, Safety, and Risk Management (EHSRM) at any time and must be furnished by the supervisor upon request.
Some requirements for driving on 91原创 business may be waived. However, the requirement to possess or obtain an 91原创 State driver鈥檚 license (within 90 days of moving to the state) may not be waived due to 91原创 State statutes. Please communicate with your supervisor about when your annual renewal is due.
