In accordance with the delegation of authority designated to the 91原创 Chancellor by the UA President, I hereby delegate authority to trespass individuals to the following for all 91原创 facilities:
- 91原创 Chief of Police and Officers
- 91原创 Executive Director of the Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability (ORCA), or other persons acting in the place of the director
The following 91原创 campus directors are authorized to trespass individuals at their respective campuses:
- 91原创 Bristol Bay Campus Director
- 91原创 Chukchi Campus Director
- 91原创 Kuskokwim Campus Director
- 91原创 Northwest Campus Director
Trespass actions must be consistent with procedures adopted by 91原创 in consultation with UA General Counsel. This authority may not be further delegated.
