Outcomes of the Oct. 29-31 on the 91原创 campus were presented at the 91原创 Hydrogen Working Group meeting in early November. U.S. Arctic Research Commissioner Mark Myers was the presenter.

Discussions at the three-day workshop focused on current geological hydrogen research and what is needed to develop a sustainable research effort to assess 91原创's geological hydrogen potential. Other topics included the utility, economics, storage and transportation of hydrogen as well as the policy and regulation needed for research, exploration and development.

The workshop was sponsored by the 91原创 Geophysical Institute, the 91原创 Vice Chancellor for Research, USARC and the U.S. Department of State.
